What have I been up to recently?
Getting a 1st last semester, whilst working 20 hours a week. Rockin’ it. Becoming a software engineer, getting more flexible working ours, and pissing off all my lecturers by not attending and still getting good grades on their labwork. Starting myself up as a Web Systems company, so that i’ll be able to do my office programming job more effectively, and for a better wage.

A lot has happened the last week or so
I registered to take part in a 10k charity run, I’m running for the NSPCC. I got my new tattoo done, the shading was amazing. I’ll take a picture and such when it all heals up and the skin stops peeling. My housemate bought us all onesies, mine is a skeleton. I completed my first university lab before the registration was even finished, go luke.

Backpacking Adventure - I'm pretty damn bored.
Day 1 and 2 (I’ll do days 3,4,5 if I ever feel this bored again) So, we set off from Manchester at 8am and had made it as far as Torp airport in Norway by around 3pm or 4pm. After walking around the fairly emptyish streets, we found a shopping centre and purchased the cheapest tent they had, at around £80. Dear god, you can get cheap tents in Manc for like £20. Went to sleep at 3am, was up at 7am for and IQ/Dyslexia test at 9am. Turns out, I’ve a high IQ (top 1% for Verbal IQ with a good working memory, apparently), but it turns out my reading speed is closer to 150wpm instead of the predicted 250wpm.  Classy Luke, real classy. Dyslexia ahoy.
